Shipping, withdrawal and returns

We ship to: almost anywhere in the world; available destinations and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order preparation time: [Handling time]. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier, and is shown during checkout before you pay.

[Shipping costs]. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the buyer.

Check the parcel when you receive it. If it arrives damaged or opened, note it with the carrier and email us at [Email] as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photos of the packaging and the product. If an item is missing, let us know with your order number.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the product. If you buy several products in one order but they are delivered separately, the period starts when the last one is received.

To exercise it, tell us your decision clearly by email to [Email] or in writing to [Address]. You may use the model form at the end of this page, although it is not compulsory. It is enough to send the notice before the period ends.

1. Tell us you are withdrawing, as set out above.
2. Send the product back without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of telling us your decision, to: [Returns address].
3. Return it in the same condition you received it in, with its labels and well protected.

The direct costs of returning the product are yours, unless we say otherwise. You are liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will refund all payments received, including the initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one, we will not refund the extra cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you show that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, to:

• products made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

If a product does not conform with the contract, you do not need to withdraw: you have the legal guarantee rights explained in the Terms of sale. Email us at [Email] and we will cover the costs of repair or replacement.
