2. Scope
These terms govern the purchase of products through the Website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. They apply in the version in force at the time of the order. For consumers, they are read together with the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) and the LSSI-CE.
3. The products
We sell vintage-style items. Many pieces are one of a kind or in limited supply. On each product page we state its description, measurements and condition (for example, new, as new or used), including any signs of wear or imperfections typical of the period. Photographs are indicative and colour may vary depending on your screen.
Availability is confirmed when you place the order. If an item stops being available after your order, we will let you know and refund what you have paid.
4. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include the taxes that apply under the seller's tax regime. VAT regime applied: [VAT regime].
- Shipping costs are shown before you pay and are added to the order total.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer.
- The price in force when you place the order applies. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before confirming it and you may keep or cancel the order at no cost.
5. How to place an order
- You add the products to the bag.
- You review the order and enter your delivery and billing details.
- You choose a payment method and accept these terms.
- You confirm the order and pay.
You will receive an order confirmation by email with a summary. The contract is concluded at that moment. You can correct mistakes in your details before confirming. The contract is made in Spanish; other versions of the Website are informative translations. We keep a record of the order and you can view it in your account or in the confirmation email.
6. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. through its secure payment page: we do not receive or store your full card details. The order is only processed once payment is confirmed. If payment is declined, the order is not completed and you are not charged.
7. Delivery
The delivery time is shown during checkout. Unless another time is agreed, we will deliver the order within 30 calendar days of the contract being concluded. If we do not deliver on time, you may give us a reasonable additional period and, if we still do not deliver, cancel the contract and obtain a refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the order. More information on the Shipping and returns page.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason or incurring a penalty, starting from when you receive the product. How to exercise it, the costs, the refund, the exceptions and the model form are on the Shipping and returns page.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the TRLGDCU. If a product does not conform with the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
- New products: the guarantee covers lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery.
- Second-hand or vintage products: the period is 1 year from delivery, as agreed with the buyer and stated on the product page.
- Normal wear and any signs of use or imperfections described on the product page are not a lack of conformity.
To make a claim, email [Email] with your order number and a description of the problem.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
